Dear Residents and Family Members,
We are excited to announce that as of Sunday, October 1st, 2023, Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center underwent an ownership change and is now an affiliated entity with Priority Management Group (PMG). PMG is a management and consulting company which currently provides advisory services to a total of 27 independently operated skilled nursing facilities. We are excited about the acquisition and we look forward to continuing the reputation of excellence and compassion that Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center has had in the community and we are committed to continuing and enhancing that tradition.
We are grateful to the existing staff, for all their hard work and dedication. Both Amanda Cline and Candace Nachtigall will continue serving in their capacity as Administrator and Director of Nursing respectively. They have established an excellent reputation in your community for the outstanding care they provide. We look forward to working together to further improve the quality of care and services provided to you and your loved ones.
While some unanticipated minor personnel changes may occur, we expect that the majority of the staff members that you have come to know and love will continue to serve at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center. Other members of the current leadership team and front-line staff will similarly continue to contribute at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center. Our hope is that the transition will move smoothly with minimal impact to current operations. We anticipate that this transition will provide opportunities for growth and improvement in the services being provided.
